MY STORY
My name is Lidia.
I am a curious being, always eager to discover the truth behind the scenes and to destabilise the labels and social beliefs we have all grown up surrounded by.
This brought me to study and dedicate myself to contemporary art for many years and also to an intense personal exploration through many different techniques such us humanistic therapy, art therapy, meditation, Zen Coaching and other diverse inner explorative processes I love to get involved in.
I have lived for more than two years in the centre for personal and spiritual development Ängsbacka (Sweden), and I have get involved in many other communities and events related to self-awareness, which has brought me a beautiful inner exploration and tools that I include in my sessions, in one way or another. In Ängsbacka I started my Zen Coaching adventure, offering numerous sessions both to volunteers and to participants. That place has been a wonderful playground for myself and for my work as a coach.
I also work as a vegetarian chef for conscious retreats, nurturing the inner processes of the participants by caring for the body which holds them.
I also practise meditation, conscious writing, conscious communication and I enjoy exploring different forms of creative expression. My curiosity brings me to dive into many readings about psychology and consciousness. All of it has an impact in the way I work with people and support them in their paths to their inner light, making that the basis to live a beautiful and fulfilling life, no matter what the external circumstances may be.
