We will get aware of our needs, boundaries and behaviour dynamics in relating.

When you discover your wounds, you also discover where the toxic reactions in your relationships come from. When you discover and accept your needs and boundaries, you can communicate them with clarity, have compassion for other people reactions and listen to their boundaries and needs without receiving them as an attack, a demand or a rejection. This way we can build conscious, deep and free relationships supporting each other for our individual growth.

This workshop applies for all king of relationships regardless of how you name them.

HOW WILL IT BE LIKE?

• We'll connect with our present moment and our body.

• We'll look into our longings, challenges and boundaries in relating.

• We'll do a guided meditation journey within, to cultivate a kind and compassive approach to ourselves.

• We'll work the relationship with an specific situation or person (they don't necessarily need to be present) through non-violent communication.

• We'll do a closing relaxation for integration.

This workshop is part of the Women's Month Program organised by La Bañeza Townhall.
